I had a great experience. The doc is soo helpful . He helped me with the transition from eye glasses to contacts which i was very nervous about but he made sure i got the prescription that best fits me. Janelle(i hope im spelling it right) she was fantastic she had great energy was so friendly and helpful and made sure i got the best deal for my contacts. I will definitely be back when i need to update or to get glasses

Adam helped me out today. He was great! I will be back. I was a bit curious after seeing the various reviews but, I am now a customer because Adam took his time and is very knowledgeable of the industry and gave great customer support. #homelessrhodes

The doctor is great the two female staff there is rude and I refuse to go back. They have one guy who is great there but was off today. The females need to be more humane especially to autistic and non white patients PERIOD!!! Second racial or discriminatory behavior at Walmart eye east main. DO NOT GO

Excellent customer service, I went in for a contact fitting, there was a little bit of a wait because they were short staffed and let me tell you they made up for it!!! The Doc came over and turned on chipmunks for my two young girls and offered them candies to keep them happy and it worked!!!,The assistant was very friendly and helpful, once it was our turn, they were very Quick and thorough, very polite the entire time, even with my kids happily running around the office,The Doc gave me extra pairs of trial contacts to make sure my script was right and then offered trial pairs of colored contacts with the cases as a bonus, I had a great experience and I highly recommend anybody to go there for eye exams.
