Wow a tire appointment came in and I could not get into the oil pit for 3 hrs. Poor staffing or something even the store parking lot was kind of empty for what I'm used to. But yet it would take this long and to have to make an appointment to get an oil change. And all I can say is wow and would not stop at this one again.

Just moved to the area, unfortunately this hasn't been the best shopping experience anytime I've gone here. Employees are rude and not helpful, take very long to stock items. If you need groceries get in and get out or better yet just take your business elsewhere.
this location uses 3rd party drivers for delivery. if all the drivers decide to not work that day for a holiday. the store doesn't bother to contact cust. with delivery orders to give them alt. options to get their order. Tire lube express at the location somehow fudges on training their tech and shop managers to properly balance tires. grocery side constantly has holes in cold sections. creamer, chicken, cheese always out. these should be restocked thru out the day. not just once and oh well come back tomorrow when we feel like doing something. Managers act like they are allergic to handling customer issues. Had to have my tires rebalanced twice as the manager there that day didn't see anything wrong with adding new wheel weight on a wheel with the old ones still on the rim. he acted like that was normal. and it's not. I know for a fact there is a CBL every tech has to do in the training room to learn to balance tires even if they already know how to. this location is a joke. going to the Chardon location compared to the Middlefield location is night and day
You'll be lucky if there are two cashiers on duty. You're essentially forced to use self-checkout, and there are many times when it'll be like an Easter Egg Hunt finding one that accepts cash. If you're going in, with a purpose, for one specific item, forget it...they're out of stock. Just when you think you've FINALLY learned where everything is, AGAIN, they've completely changed the location of everything AGAIN. So, that one item that you've driven there to buy for no reason because it's inevitably out of stock isn't where it was yesterday, anyway. If it's clothing you're after, oh, yes, it's in stock...just in size ATOM, NANO-SCALE, and 52X. This isn't a joke...I once went in just for French Onion Dip. They didn't have EVEN ONE!! NOT *ONE* of ANY brand or size! I WILL give credit where it's due, though. Aside from the loss prevention guy that couldn't be more obvious if he was wearing hunter's orange and had black lights attached to his clothes making him glow everywhere following you all over the store with a can of cat food and plastic cutlery in his basket, "just happening" to also be looking at automotive light bulbs at the exact same time you are, the employees are usually pretty damned good. Really, the only major issues with this WalMart are that whatever you went there for, it's out of stock. There's usually only one cashier. And, they relocate everything at least once a week, seemingly, to keep you endlessly searching the store looking for that single item you went in there for that's guaranteed to be out of stock, anyway. Also, it always seems like the Middlefield WalMart is just "dirty", like it's run down or shabby. It's hard to explain but go to the one in Chardon and then to Middlefield. It's like going from Beachwood Mall to Southgate. Anyway, it's what we have here and the people who work there is are usually pretty great. Just best of luck finding what you're looking for.
