They are great. Helped me out with fixing my sunglasses and got info on prescriptions. Sheree was amazing!!

Worst eye exam ever. Repeatedly told them that I couldn’t see through the contacts. They were trying to give me and that they weren’t comfortable. Wouldn’t listen. Ended up going somewhere else and had excellent results and can see perfectly with the contact lenses as they gave me. And the office hours?Mondays or Wednesdays from 9:45 AM to 12:45 PM? What a joke. They used to offer multiple days and multiple time ranges but apparently Walmart can’t even hire real doctors anymore.

I walked in on impulse, just needing a screw replaced on an old pair of glasses. The staff was friendly and happy to help. Fixed my glasses, no charge and they were even chipper about it 😂. Grateful for a kind face and good service.

Dr. Thomas, Karrie and John were so friendly. They made me feel comfortable providing fast service with the exam to picking out frames and putting in my eyeglass order. My previous eye doctor was a bit grumpy so this was a welcomed change of pace. I highly recommend Anyone that's ready to "see" someone new, this is definitely the place for you. Walk-ins are welcome but scheduling an appointment ahead of time would be beneficial.

The Vision Center at West 11th has always provided me with the best service, convenience, and good deals for my eye glasses and contact lenses. The optometrist goes above and beyond to make sure I like the contact lenses I am purchasing and has hooked me up with three different kind of samples to let me try out the lenses before I buy them. I have also lost my last pair and have been able to count on them to have what I need in stock if I am ever in a pickle. They have been super helpful friendly and nice and even got me in the same day. I pay out of pocket for vision so I am always appreciative if I can get a good deal or rebate and Walmart always has something available to give me a little break. The whole family goes here now because of how helpful they are and how convenient they make it for us. 10/10 recommend.
