The customer service here is really slipping down the scale as of late. Have been getting my families' eyeglass and contact lense scripts filled here for years. Recently, I have discovered the assistants there could care less to help pick out frames. Almost bought something for my young growing daughter that was too small because of this. A stranger had come along, not one of the assistants there, and explained how the frames we had chosen and almost ordered were too small across for her face. In addition, the assistant had no clue how to apply my insurance to my purchase of 2 pairs of glasses to optimize my benefits.

I assume they only hire turtles, because that is about the speed at which they operate. And that wouldn't be so bad, except they also have no idea what they are doing. Please find some new staff that is both knowledgeable and able to actually move around and be helpful.

The customer service has alot to be desired. They broke my glasses trying to replace my nose pads. Accidents happen but the rudeness of this employee thru the entire ordeal was nauseating. Thank goodness another employee stepped up to help me remedy this issue. Thank you Cristey for helping me! I give you

Outstanding service. I was told my eyeglasses could not be repaired at other eye care stores. This store repaired the hinges on my glasses at a very fair price. Great customer service.
