For the past year Lori and Will have been extremely helpful!! Every time I went in for an exam or had to call for my RX they were very patient and kind. Lori was who I worked with initially and she really made the visit pleasant with explaining insurance and contact options. The wait on the phone is long but definitely worth the wait with the customer service. Thanks again Lori and Will!
They are very nice people. Very good at what they do, and they get it done quickly. However, they are terrible at answering their phone. And there is almost always somebody at the front desk. You can be trying to get ahold of them for 20 minutes straight with no answer.
The Customer Service at this Walmart Vision Center is flawlesss. Will and Lori are the absolute BEST at what they do. Doctor is thorough as well. I would never go anywhere else due to the professionalism & manners, that they exude.
Did not get a receipt for my exam payment. Went two days later and it was just on a page from a receipt book you can buy at Walmart. I said something and the woman said " well she usually prints one out." Okay, well why didn't she do it this time? The whole office personel seamed not very professional.
Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received, the team there is super busy and still generous with their time and went out of their way to help me when I lost my glasses on the Appalachian trail.
