Dr is very friendly, unfortunately staff and assistants are rude. Very unhelpful and gave me conflicting information and refused to release my prescription to 1800contacts. Completely different than what i was told on the phone!!! Also make sure when you receive a trial lense, they give you the sample of contact solution that goes a long with it, its supposed to be for the patients. I had to ask for it because they keep it for themselves and stash it.

What a joke, you tell them your insurance just to get the actual glasses then all of a sudden "oh we can't do that your part of a union." Hilarious

Dorothy is very rude and has an entitled attitude just like the rest of the staff! I dont know why they are all so arrogant when they're so incompetent.
