If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband bought a very expensive pair of glasses ,they didn't give him a cloth for cleaning not even instructions just a flimsy case. My husband used a old cloth he hadand he was very careful. After 2 weeks the glasses had scratches so I went to the store because he had warranty. The assistant was very helpful but there was nothing she could do, she could had to talk to her supervisor. After waiting for 15 minutes I had to leave but the assistant told me that she would talk to him and he was going to call me back.I left the glasses and leave. After few hours nobody called so I called, he told me that he can't do anything and I should pick up the glasses. At the store I told him about the warranty that says it covers severe scratches to the center of vision and he kept insisting that the warranty covers only deep scratches, I told him it says severe and he said it means deep and there is nothing he can do. I left speechless. One more way people bending the words without even make sense. Don't spend even a penny at that store.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY and TIME! Their is no optometrist on site. It's a virtual optometrist now. The optometric assistants do all work. Even includes eye exam. Everything is computer done. No more asking if 1 or 2 is better. I feel like eye exam was very rushed. Once exam is over then get to see the optometrist through a zoom call. Then got to ask questions. How can ask questions when they werent there to do the exam. The optometrist only get to see and read what optometrist assistants sent to them. Soon get done speaking with optometrist head to lobby. The optometric assistants are pushing for a payment for doctor asap. I had to ask receive a receipt for what I paid for. They weren't willing to give receipt up. Rest of Walmart vision center is where pay for Glasses and Contacts. Had to pay that bill separate. I will never be returning there ever again. I feet it was a total scam. I rather go see a doctor in person then over a zoom call. I wasn't aware of this information when I made the appointment.

I made appointments for both of my kids and we had to pay out of pocket. They told me from the beginning it would be 98 per eye exam. We made it to the appointment, the girl was 10 mins late and then informed us… as of today it will be 129 per eye exam. I thinks it’s absolutely ridiculous no one informed me before the actually appointment.

I made a mistake with the year of date. They made a deal in front of the whole store. I walked out embarrassed and angry and my son walked out crying. This was after waiting for 30 min.
