Walmart Vision Center

If it was possible I would give this place a zero star rating there is no doctor there the place needs shut down my fiancé went there to get new glasses and they told her that her retna was detaching so we followed up with a specialist just to find out it wasn’t even detaching and she was fine Walmart vision center in kittanning sucks….

This location lacks a doctor, does not honor warranties, and has poor customer service. They are unhelpful, dismissive, and difficult to deal with. I had a particularly frustrating experience trying to return a pair of glasses - it took six months of constant follow-up with no resolution. I have had multiple other issues here and would not recommend this location to anyone.

This is a great place to get glasses especially for kids. Everyone who works there is very kind and helpful. They made every step of the process very easy. The eye Dr. we saw was very good with directing my kids on what he needed them to do. We will definitely be returning customers just because of the great people who work there.

Doc found a serious eye condition that another doctor told me I didn't have... He takes the time to listen and explain. I was referred to a specialist that he keeps in contact with to monitor my condition. Super friendly staff that are helpful and efficient. Never have a long wait either. *Update* Dr. Allison is now at Butler Walmart, so I have also switched stores. Excellent doctor!

Went to Dr. Allison yesterday. Needed contacts and glasses. Very pleased with the customer service from Dr. Allison and Bret. Both of them are very pleasant to deal with and they both took the time to find me the best deals with my insurance. I couldn't be more pleased with the care the I received. Highly recommend.
