I had the eye exam and the glasses don’t fit me well , stop in the optical and Lizmari assist me with the a The worst customer / patience service as it’s being few weeks since I got the glasses I mention was over a week trying to call with no success and have to drive from Arecibo to here just to make an appointment that is just by day but seen by order of arriving First time in this optical and the last one

BREAKING THE LAW!! Vision Center refuses to give patients copies of their records and is making up false laws claiming that patients HAVE NO RIGHT TO THEIR RECORDS!! This is a violation of HIPPAA! I've already reported them to the FTC, BBB, and the Department of Health! It's pathetic how dare they make up laws!!!
The service in my case was excellent, and the delivery was fast. They should offer all the best lens options, even if the plan doesn't cover it, so customers have to pay the difference and get the best quality. The prices are very good.
It seems the phone is broken; they don't answer for any reason. What awful and terrible service!
