I have been a customer and always dealt with Ginger for my eye glass service. I went in today to have my glasses adjusted like I had done in the past.. Always was told if frames was broken while they (Walmart) employee was doing adjustment that Walmart would replace with no charge. One of the screws in my frame approximately 6 months kept coming loose/out, so I had to put a little glue for the screw to stay in, which everything was fine. I stop by for my glasses to be adjusted with Ginger and she took them in back and came back out with broken frame and blamed it on the drop of glue, I put on frame with a attitude I might say and said I would have to purchase a new frame, that Walmart was not going to cover it. I explained to her they were working just fine when I came in and worked fine for over 6 months with the drop of glue, to keep screw from getting loose. She still with attitude told me the exact frame had been reduced in price to $20 and I would need to buy them. She got a new frame went in back upset with me and came back out said here, without having me put them on to see if they were adjusted to my face, at that point I said I would pay the $20 for frames, but would not be back! If Walmart was going out of business over $20. I walked out and my glasses were about to fall off of my face, I turned around and said they needed adjustment to my face, which she did, I guess because at that point she had the $20, which she said I didn’t need to pay at that point. But if you would have heard and seen at the beginning of this no way she meant that. She advise me she was having a bad day, I paid $20 plus tax that Walmart employee broke, but I needed my glasses to be able to drive and see! I could not believe it, WOW. I know Walmart management will never see this or if so maybe don’t care but I will not ever shop at Walmart again, glasses or nothing else. I wish I could give a zero but review will not let me. John from Walmart Vision & Glasses was very personable, kind, and did a great job measuring my frames for new prescription lenses. He warmly greeted eveyone who walked into the store, and called me at home as soon as my new prescription glasses & sunglasses were ready. I highly recomnend! JP

I had a great experience at the vision center today. I was helped by Michelle. She was extremely professional and listened carefully , answered all of my questions and figured out what would work best for me. I gave five stars because it is hard to find good customer service anymore and Michelle exceeded my expectations! She is a great representation of how we all would like to be treated and should be treated as Walmart customers.

The manager Ginger, helped me buy two sets of glasses and was patient and informative. I had a problem with on of my glasses a few months later and I was past the oops date but she treated me professionally and fixed my problem. She even noticed my other glasses were not adjusted properly and fixed them on the spot with a smile. She also gave me some cleaning wipes for my trouble. She is amazing and really shows that she gives a damn about her clients. I hope upper management recognizes her superior service and even considers using her service of a model of how it should be. If nothing else, someone owes her a nice lunch!

I went to this store for make new glasses ,but because I spend my insurance coverage in my contact lens I was looking just for changing the glasses and reused one of my several old frames. So the person who did attend me first didn't like the idea and ,it's was rude and unfriendly. The young lady in practice was nice . The price they gave me just for the crystals or whatever the material, it was incredibly expensive and they don't take the time to write me on any specific details about them. They just toll me the price verbally . Bad and Expensive service!!
