Vision Test Report If you are looking to get an eye exam to renew your driver's license, this is the worst place to go. Normally, an optometrist either provides you with a vision report or sends your results directly to the DMV. However, that’s not how it works here. Instead, they send you to the DMV to pick up a physical form, which they then charge you $20 just to fill out so you can take it back yourself. If you don't do that, they make you wait 20 days for your new prescription glasses to arrive just so you can retake the vision test at the DMV. The whole process is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

This year will make my third year getting my eyes checked here. The staff is great. The optometrist is great. Very thorough and very helpful

Great service by JJ, Bradley and the rest of the staff at the Pelham Road Vision Center. They have provided courteous professional assistance with all of my vision needs for the last couple of years!

We had a great experience at the vision center at the Walmart on Pelham Road. JJ was so helpful in getting our new glasses chosen, measured and ordered. He went above and beyond to help us. There was a problem with our prescription and he contacted the doctors office on our behalf and helped us get things straightened out. The glasses we ordered were for an older friend in a wheel chair and she was treated with such kindness and respect. Her new glasses are so attractive and were reasonably priced. The store was well organized and clean! Thank you JJ for your amazing service!!!

I will not go anywhere else. The customer service including the doctor Is first rate. They never try and sell you an upgrade you don’t need. Frame choice is really good, I always find a great one. Price is the best. Warranty is good too. Even if I moved away I would come back to this store for my glasses.
