The Vision Center Manager, Stacy, is top notch. She is professional, knowledgeable, and aimed to please those she serves. I came in needing glasses repaired and within a few minutes, she delivered. Don't sleep on Walmart's optical department at this store. There is a wide selection of prescription glasses and sunglasses. Stacy and her team of professionals will get you right. Go by, you won't be disappointed.

Stacy was AMAZING today!!! I will be back to purchase glasses for my entire family! Thank you, Stacy! Keep up the great work!
Came in for my daughter to have an eye exam. We Waited in the main area of the vision center for over 10 minutes before someone asked what we were there for. Once I replied, we were pointed into another portion/room of the vision center. We checked in at a desk where the two ladies who seemed beyond bothered that we were there unpleasantly asked what we needed. When I said we were there for an eye exam she said they were going to lunch in 20 minutes so we’d have to wait another hour and twenty minutes. The office hours posted outside the vision center says nothing about being closed for lunch. Now I understand people need a break and a lunch, but why I’m the world would you not have staff take lunch at different times so business could continue? On top of that, when I said we’d go to another location since we weren’t about to sit around for over an hour, the ladies became very sarcastic and rude. I would most definitely NOT recommend this particular location for any sort of vision or optical needs. Hopefully the staff is able to attend a time management and customer service class or two to better help their business.
I've visited this optrician several times, only because it is at a convenient location. Each experience was totally unpleasant and the gentleman is simply rude. Horrible customer service. Each time he is on the phone, and does even attempt to acknowledge anyone's presence. When he finally does decide to engage, he comes across as being completely arrogant. I will never return and so you know, America's Best Eyglass is just down the street!
