Great people at the ft Henry branch, good selection of frames for everyone to choose from. Answered all my questions and was very affordable since I don't have insurance anymore. Eye exam plus frames and everything was around 450. Only reason I put 4 stars was because of the way you have to talk to a eye Dr and his/her assistant on tv. Where they at? Who are they? I guess we will never know. Just some random Drs and assistants out there floating around in cyber space. They could be AI for all we know these days... 😂

Very miserable employees. Made several attempts to get my order issue resolved. They were more concerned with their cell phones and obviously despise their job and people. Was also advised they don’t disclose your pupillary distance. I don’t think they know how to actually take this measurement as my glasses issue reflected that. If you have actual vision needs inquire about services somewhere else. Walmart
I'm beyond shocked by how rude the lady was that I just spoke with! She laughed at me when I asked her how much a exam would cost and was so rude. I feel like that was a simple question someone working at the Vision Center should be able to answer without being like that I was super nice and she chose to be rude. Even though its called the Vision Center she still didn't answer my question. So pretty much don't call them and ask any questions you'll get laughed at and still get no answers. If this is how they treat customers they will not be getting my business! I know this isn't all their employees but she just ruined it for me.
Only reason I’m giving even 2 stars is because of the good customer service I got from Nicky. Everything else has been a nightmare. I paid for my glasses on January 6th and was told they should come in by January 15th.. several days after the 15th I call to check on the status of my glasses only to be told that they had come in with a defect and had to be sent off to be redone. Finally today, (the 26th!) I get a call stating they were available for pick up...but I work all day (past the time they close) so I had my wife call to see if she could pick them up for me, which apparently can’t be done and they will only let me come and get them personally and I have to have an appointment just to do this...absolutely ridiculous. So now I’m having to wait even longer than I already had to.
