I had one of the best experiences ever. Cheryl Hicks went above and beyond. She is an exceptional employee that deserves praise and a raise. Will always go back to this eye center as long as she is an employee there. We need more people like her in this world. She gets a 5 star plus… I cannot give her enough praise. Ask for her if you go to the Madisonville Tn eye center you won’t be sorry.

Good luck trying to get an appointment with these people. I have been trying to call for over a month and no matter what time e I call it either just rings, or someone picks up the phone and hangs up. I can tell someone is just picking it up and hanging out because I can hear the busy walmart background clear as day before it disconnects.

Loved coming here to get my eyes checked! They are definitely the best people I have ever dealt with! They are the sweetest too! I recommended everybody to use them! Just a great all around experience. The doctor seemed like she really cared and she had a lot of information to give! Just great

I wasn't pleased at how dismissive the representative was when I called and inquired about an eye exam this morning. It was almost like she couldn't be bothered. Which baffles me at a time like this when many people lost their jobs due to Covid, she's very fortunate to have a job at all. Less deserving though it seems to be frank. I was already upset that my glasses were lost, I didn't quite care to deal with her spice if you will. Well, it wont affect them any but we will be taking our business elsewhere absolutely.

Love to shop for new specs here. They have a big variety of affordable frames, something for everyone. Tara is the greatest, she is friendly and does a thorough eye exam.
