Great experience at the vision center! The ladies were friendly, helpful, and professional. The appointment was quick and efficient, and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend!

There is no eye doctor here. There are assistants, who set you up in front of a monitor for telemedicine. As such, there is no true eye exam. And yet they charge $100, for no actual eye exam, simply for a prescription for glasses. They did not make this at all clear before I paid for the services. Unfortunately, I was not the one getting the treatment or I wouod have asked and not paid full price for half a service, but the person whom I was accompanying didn't understand what we were trying to pay for until we were leaving. That is, an actual eye exam to check for eye health, as we already had glasses. I spoke up to the ladies there, if rather bluntly, who said there was nothing they could do. Take your $100 somewhere else where for barely any more you can get the eye care you deserve.

I got my glasses here and I could not be happier. The staff was professional and courteous. The selection was great and I purchased two pairs for less than I would have paid for 1 pair at other places. Will definitely be returning.
