This was my second time using Walmart Vision and Glasses, and once again, I’m beyond impressed. William and Trevor are outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and truly customer-focused. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and my glasses even arrived earlier than expected! Before coming to Walmart, I visited three other eyeglass retailers, and none could match the value I received here. Thanks to a great in-store promotion and my insurance, I was able to get both a new pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses for less than the cost of a single pair elsewhere. That’s unbeatable. I absolutely love my new glasses, and I’ll definitely be returning for future eyewear needs, free cleanings and an occasional adjustment.Huge thanks to William and Trevor for their exceptional service!

Walmart vision center in Fayetteville, Tennessee has always been the best I could’ve gone somewhere else and saved money, but I decided to stay with Walmart. They have always taken exceptional care of me, especially William Williams

My husband broke his glasses and I called everywhere to make an appointment to get in and everyone was scheduling end of April!! Well this morning we went to Wal-Mart and William greeted us as soon as we walked in. My husband showed him the glasses and eventhough he was not able to fix them he said I think I have frames that will work and proceeded to get us frames and put the lenses in them. We are so thankful he was able to help us!!!

Had an appointment at noon with the eye doctor at noon. Didn't realize there was a separate enterance outside for the eye doctor so went in the store to the vision and glasses center. There were 2 employees. We stood there for 20 minutes with out even a glance or acknowledgement of any kind. My dad went outside and found the other enterance where we were supposed to be for an eye exam which one of the employees could of easily told us if they would of asked. So we were late for the appointment. The eye doctors office was understanding, friendly, timely and helpful. However, once I was given my prescription we went back around to the vision and glasses center to purchase some glasses and there was one employee talking with a walmart employee for ten minutes before acknowledging us. Then when they finished their convsrsation did the Wal-Mart employee left and the vision and glasses employee asked what time it was. I said it was 12:51 he then said he couldnt help us til 2 because they go to lunch at 1. Went to the Hazel Green location about 1:30 there was one employee finishing up with some customers acknowledged us immediately said he would be right with us. Was very friendly and helpful. Very unsatisfied with the Fayetteville location.

on day I picked out my glasses, 12/04/14, employees could not run my FSA card due to not being clocked out for lunch so register wouldn't work. Had to make another trip to store to make payment... glasses supposed to be in by 12/19/14, checked with store when I had not heard from them, well, glasses had not been ordered!! it is January 6th, 2015 and I am still waiting on my new glasses. Will pay more for faster and better service in future.
