I got a pair of glasses I was disappointed with .They were too heavy. The manager,Butch told me it was my lenses z, not the frames. I told him I didn’t like the frames.,He told me that he would change them this time, but he said don’t come back again dissatisfied again, because he would not change them again. And he was rude to my service dog also. He said dogs aren’t allowed, and I said he is a service dog. And thats wen he said well dont come back dissatisfied because i wont help you again. And then later i took my wife down there to get glasses, and the short chubby black haired lady was very rude to my wife concerning her insurance. She kept saying my wife didnt have insurance , but she did. 2cery rude people. I would like a apologie from both of them. HAVENT GOT AN APOLOGY FROM EITHER ONE. The springhill store is closer to me than the columbia store. But I am so uncomfortable with goi ng to the springhill , that im going to have to go to Columbia

I called last week to schedule my annual eye exam before the year ends and spoke with a young girl. I explained to her that I saw Dr. Kerr in Nashville November 2024 and then took my eye prescriptions to your Walmart Vision center where I purchased new glasses and contacts from Butch. The young girl on the phone treated me like an idiot for attempting to make an annual eye exam when I didn't need new glasses or contacts. I explained that I didn't want to drive all the way to Nashville when I could just get an eye exam at your vision center. I explained that I'm a compliant patient and how I should still get an annual eye exam even though I don't need new glasses nor contacts, not to mention for the doctor to check for any alarming changes, such as glaucoma, cancers, etc! I even explained to her that after my third brain surgery in 2009, I had a slew of vision problems which I still experience to this day. I also explained that I just had my 4th brain surgery on Nov. 24 of 2025. The clueless and rude young girl ignored all of that and still hatefully told me I didn't need an annual eye exam if I'm not getting new glasses or contacts. She was 100% wrong in saying that and 100% needs another job or better training.
Bought subscription sun glasses (wrap around). Within a few months, lenses start cracking from the corners. Did not buy insurance. They wouldn’t do anything for me. My glasses plan only helps once a year. Told me leaving in hot car probably cause. I kept in a case in the door panel. I expected better care considering glasses are borderline medical. Not just sent out the door.
I had a great first experience here! I believe it was Staci who was beyond patient with me while I took my time shopping for glasses. She even stayed past her shift to ensure she assisted me through the entire process which she certainly didn't have to do, but she chose to do anyway. She was extremely helpful, but not at all overbearing while I shopped. She was very personable and answered all of my questions. When I came back to pick up my glasses (which came in less than a week, sooner than expected!) the gentleman there was so helpful and very much invested in how my glasses looked, how well they fit and how I felt about them. He took so much time with me to make sure I was truly satisfied. While I was posing to check them out from several angles, a very sweet old man approached us. He was unable to walk and had a thick accent, but it was clear he was having trouble seeing. The gentleman very sweetly listened and then offered assistance, even looking for and discussing discount options to help the man. It was very apparent he was willing to help this man in any way he could. It was very sweet to witness. As I got up to leave, the gentleman assisting me stood up, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. I'm not sure why that moment stood out to me several days later... one would assume that's just a polite, nonchalant business exchange, but it truly felt like so much more. His gratitude was so heartfelt and sincere. Days later, I thought about that moment and realized how little you hear a genuine "Thank you for your business", and almost never is one as meaningful as his was that day. I had a wonderful experience at the Spring Hill Walmart Vision Center and I will definitely be going back there in the future!
Great service! Their staff takes their time with you and does not pressure you to buy. They are very professional and helpful. Also, they have a good selection of frames that are modern. This was in Spring Hill, TN
