When I say the customer service is amazing, I mean just that! Especially from Milissa! When I first walked in, her personality brightened my day! She took her time & even helped me find a nice pair of glasses that fits me. She's great at what she does! Keep up the good work Milissa & don't stop being you! You're amazing! ♥️
I went to the vision center on 02/06/2026. During the visit my kids and I wear fitted for glasses. I was able to place my order for my glasses but not my kids glasses. I was looking to getting them the Essilor Stellest lenses . The agent who assisted me said that they were just approved and they were not ready for order . She said that she will hold onto the frames and call me once she got pricing. She had the frames my insurance and just needed to wait for them to be in the system. I called Tuesday spoke with the doctor who says we don’t have any of the information in the system ,according to his records my kids were last seen in 2020, I ask did they have lens he said that they are 415 a Len and he could take any information over the phone I would have to come in as a new customer. I then reached out to my which she was able to take him information and he told her that they were 200 a lens but assured me he had the prescription and insurance. He was supposed to call me back but never did . Fast forward to the next day I went and picked up my glasses and he was very apologetic and told me the representative that took my order would be in the next day he would ask her about it. I ask him did he want to run my insurance or get a copy of the card he said no. I will make sure I speak with her and he would get everything completed himself and call me the next day. Thursday no call. I went in to pick up my glasses on Friday he was not in( which he told he would be) and there was no information regarding my kids glasses. The lack of communication and accountability is really mind blowing. I would have felt better if they said no they didn’t want to serve me. To be provided incorrect information multiple times is crazy. I just wanted you guys to know about the customer experience
Everyone was extremely nice and willing to help me. The manager was cool but also professional. His hair is pretty dope too. Nice, welcoming people. I’ll be back. 👍
Melissa and Michelle are the best!! They both took their time with us and they are the nicest and most personable people you will ever meet. Walmart vision Center is blessed to have them!!
