I had a very good experience being assisted by Madhu. She had a great attitude and helped me pick out a pair of glasses after struggling. The team had a nice welcoming and overall great attitude. I'll be coming to this location more often rather than the one closest to my home. Thank you for the great customer service!! ☺️

I purchased not one but three pair of glasses from Walmart Vision on Mccart in January, Andrea was the associate that pushed the glasses but not so much the warranty! Had an incident with one of the frames and they told me to come in and they would take a look, only to get there an them suggest I buy another frame, I have been told in order to stay employed there they have to keep a certain quota, please be careful when doing business there, also when I went back to speak with Andrea another associate that I made initial contact with commence to telling her in Spanish that I had no warranty, I will never do business with them again, be cautious!!! It’s funny how someone that was not there with me could comment on my experience, no lies were told, glad the warranty was explained to you, after my visit, good to know their improving!!!!
Andrea was so great, she went the extra mile to help me pick out my frames that best fit me, along with the custom lenses I need in my daily life. Shes the best!
Very bad experience they treated me very badly reluctantly the lady (Andrea) discriminated against us for being Hispanic, she is racist we stayed more than 2 hours and we could not get the glasses, she wanted to sell us what she wanted and to her liking. If you are Hispanic I recommend you do not go to that place
Even after getting a message that they are open on Sunday and I can pick up my glasses. But it's not a good day for pickup as they don't have enough staff and the one that was there keeps telling us that she will close at 5 pm even though I was there at 3:45 pm.
