Monalisa and Elaine made my visit to this eye care office such a great experience! Both of them were so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Elaine took the time to answer all my questions, and offered her expertise. Monalisa went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. You can tell they truly care about their patients, it never felt rushed, just warm and professional. Highly recommend asking for them both. Best customer service I've had at an eye care office!

I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center thanks to Monalisa. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the right frames, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers like she does. I highly recommend asking for Monalisa if you visit this location!

5/5 star experience from Mona. Shes caring, respectful, nice, and patient. Had a bad experience before at another Walmart, But this proves services really are location based. Give this lady a promotion

So helpful! Monalisa was amazing! She was able to fix my daughter’s glasses in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend
