First time here and Sophia was AMAZING.she is very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy to understand and stress free. I bought two pairs of glasses and I will surely be back for more if it means working with Sophia again!

Patty at the Walmart Vision Center at Jones Maltsberger Rd. gave great customer service. I called to let her know my glasses broke and if they did repairs. I told her I was moving out of state in 3 days and did not have time to order replacement glasses. She said, I have a frame that matches your pair and can just swap out the lens. Patty swapped out my lenses and replaced my frames in minutes. She had empathy, she made a connection, and swapped out the lens in time to get me back to work without being late. Her act of kindness is well appreciated. Thank you Walmart, and thank you Patty.

Patty is always very helpful and knowledgeable answers all of our questions, takes the time to ensure we understand what needs to be changed to get best lens to fit glasses, and all purchases are updated Last correct. Also ensure that glasses are fitted properly and will make adjustments as needed. Very responsive. Have been going here for years and getting glasses for my kids and myself and she always takes great care of us. Top notch service!!! Highly recommend.

Visited Walmart Vision Center yesterday & was met by Patty. I asked if she could repair my sun glasses, had lost screw. She was able to replace with new tiny screw & My sun glasses repaired & fit so well after trying on! Her kindness & disposition were very much appreciated. G. Spencer
