I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center getting my eyeglasses prescription, and I really want to recognize Veniecia for her outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very patient in answering all of my questions. Venicia made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, ensured I understood my prescription, and helped me feel confident about my options. Her customer service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit and the quality of service I received. If you’re looking for a quick and pleasant experience at Walmart Vision Center, I highly recommend it, especially if you get the chance to be assisted by Venicia!

If your looking for glasses with a selection go here. Every employee there were so professional and truly care about their customers. Mark helped first and he was awesome. Then I came in again and Veronica helped me with my new metas. Ebony the manager ask me how how was my experience and I told her the staff was on point in every aspect. Jennifer and other employees told me what look good and what didn’t look good. Honesty which is hard to come by these days. Again best best in DFW to buy glasses. Facts

Abraham was awesome he helped us get my grandson glasses ordered and tightened up the screws in my glasses. Thank you Abraham for being so kind. The Hispanic lady was rude she took another Hispanic lady and man that just walked in over a African American family that had been waiting patiently for a while. She would not acknowledge white or African American. Very rude we are all God's children and deserve the same respect as Hispanic people.

Mark provided great service for me and my children. He explained everything everything throughly and also advice my 12 year old daughter on frames to get, not only that would look great but the reason behind them since her lens are a little higher, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, he took really good care of us. 1st time here in Grand Prairie, Texas. Mrs. Veronica helped me understand what I can & cannot get with my insurance. She answered all the questions I was curious about.
