This is my second visit with Mrs. Kumah. I am thoroughly impressed with her approachability and ease of collaboration. As always, she exceeded expectations, ensuring I selected the appropriate frame and provided all necessary insurance details for my updated prescription. I needed to order contacts today, but had several out of the ordinary issues. The employee was awesome, handling each issue easily. It was so nice to have someone know the business well enough to get everything done without a hassle!

Had a great experience! All the staff were very helpful, but more importantly, they were knowledgeable. They worked within my budget and talked me out of the frames I liked best (which were more expensive). They did this because the lenses that I needed were not compatible, and I would have had reduced vision because of how low they sat on my cheeks. Instead, they found me a frame that worked perfectly with my lenses and that I liked. Plus, the frames were less expensive so I could upgrade to the Nikon Lenses. I was able to get everything on my wish list and I still came in under budget. I am very happy with my purchase and I feel like I now have a quality pair of glasses that will last.

I had an amazing experience here today! I moved from single vision to progressives and the ladies were so helpful. They told me which frames worked best with my prescription and gave me some tips on how to make the transition easier one my glasses come in.
