I came in to have the frame for glasses repaired because they had been stepped on earlier today. Iraiz, the eye vision representative, immediately was professional and courteous! I handed her my glasses and she repaired them in less than 1️⃣5️⃣ minutes. I highly recommend this Wal-Mart's vision center. Much appreciated!👏

Had a great experience getting my eye exam and new glasses at the Walmart Vision Center. The staff was friendly and professional, and they had a decent selection of frames. I’ve been to several eye care centers—everything from boutique shops to large chains—but nothing compares to the Walmart Vision Center - Monfort Rd. The team is consistently friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I’m not the most careful with my glasses, so I stop by from time to time for repairs. Iraiz and Martha are absolutely incredible. You hand them your glasses, and they fix them on the spot. Since I originally purchased the frames there—even though it was about four years ago—they never charge me for the repairs. That level of service and commitment to customers is truly exceptional. Thank you, Iraiz and Martha. You guys are the best.
