I'm sharing this for my mother Marlene Lockwood. I had taken her to another eye care place in sulphur springs and the glasses she ordered was taken from here and given to someone else. So we did get her money back. We went to Walmart vision center. The staff Tana, Teresa and Nancy were very courteous and professional. She was able to find some funky frames. Walked in for repair of a temple arm that I thought was unfixable. Nancy was more than helpful, repairing my much needed glasses in minutes. Super service, nice lady, great employee asset.

I went in to exchange the progressive lenses I had received for trifocals. It was a complicated transaction and Nancy spent an hour with me making sure everything was done properly with the insurance and all. It was a completely satisfying experience.

Went to Walmart vision after getting my eyes checked at another store. I almost fell off my chair with what they wanted to charge me for glasses. Went to Walmart and saw Tana and she put me at ease and answered all my questions, priced me with my insurance..and BOY! Am I a happy camper! Thank you Tana!

I used to get my glasses at my optometrist's and they were never correct. I have now switched to Walmart Vision center and my glasses are always perfect (last 3 years). The staff is incredibly patients, kind, courteous and helpful. The hours are convenient for any schedule. I highly recommend Walmart Vision Center to anyone.
