Walmart Vision Center

Great experience. The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. I was very indecisive, but, they took time to go thru the many options. They answered my questions and did not try to “hard sell” me on a bunch of unnecessary crap! I recommend them to anyone!

My experience at Walmart vision center was spectacular. Lisa was amazing helping me with my prescription, insurance, co pay and total cost. She was very friendly and professional. Rebecca was very helpful and friendly as well. She took time out to show me different frames, and try to see what looked best on me. She actually helped me pick the ones out I ordered. I definitely would recommend them for your frames and vision needs!!

Had my glasses get knocked off and they weren’t fitting right and it was effecting my vision. I brought my pair to the vision center and Lisa was a great help. She repaired my glasses very quickly and now they are back in good condition. Service was free and I very much appreciate Lisa’s help and professional attitude!!

On the day of October 1rst I made a call to the Walmart Eye ware Department to inquire about if they do minor repairs on glasses and the lady was really polite and helpful and informed me that they do and gave me pricing,I then went immediately to the Walmart Super Center in Orange,Tx and just as I walked in was warmly greeted with a smile and proceeded to ask if they could take a look at my pair of Ray Ban's sunglasses,it was one of the nose protectors broken,one lady looked at them and conversed with another very pleasant lady and they went to the back and it only took about 5 minutes and she came out and said not worry about the minor repair,I was overly happy and definitely enjoyed my very short visit there but will ABSOLUTELY be going back to do business there and spreading the good word about my experience there,also I commend them for the outstanding upkeep and cleaningness of the store, I wasn't aware that they sold high end name brand eyewear there but I do now and will ONLY do my eye wear shopping at Walmart Super Center in Orange,Tx

Rating is a BIG FAT 0 !! There is absolutely no excuse for it to take an hour to order a new pair of glasses. Also, wanting to charge for items that are covered by my insurance. I had to explain that to the lady working there, which definitely needs to find another job. I also was told to move away from the computer screen because I couldn't look at it because of the HIPPA LAW. Hello, lady, it's my insurance information I was looking at. I was already at the breaking point but, then I was told there would be a 25 dollar charge for the warranty. OMG, you are selling glasses that you don't warranty. Mad isn't the word for it. I would never recommend this optical place. Unprofessional is an understatement.
