Ms. Shirley at the Walmart Vision Center has honestly been great from start to finish. I bought my glasses a few weeks ago and she helped me through the entire process — insurance, measurements, frames, prescriptions, all of it. My prescription was from a different provider and she still went out of her way to help without making anything complicated or uncomfortable. I saw her again today while I was in the store and it just reminded me how pleasant and genuinely helpful she always is. She’s patient, professional, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience feel smooth instead of stressful. People like her really make a difference. Walmart is lucky to have her.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses and can not tell you how pleased I am with the results. Much better selection of frames than Costco or some of the others we visited and the service from the entire staff was exceptional!! Will definitely return for our next pair.
