I am a caregiver and I took my client to drop off a pair of her glasses on the afternoon of Monday, July 20. The lady that they had working was inattentive and did not do a good job communicating. She took my clients glasses (the lenses need to be replaced), and proceeded to wordlessly walk away into the back. When she eventually came back, my client asked her if she needed to pay and your employee said no. She then, once again, tried to walk away. My client asked if we were good to leave, and she said yes. Cut to 20 minutes later when I'm driving my client home, who do we get a call from? She wants to know why we left, even though she told us we could before disappearing AGAIN. When my client pointed this out to her, she attempted to make my client feel guilty by deliberately putting on a whiney voice and saying that she hadn't gone to the bathroom all day so that's what she was doing. If that had indeed been the case, all she needed to tell us is that she had to use the restroom and we would have happily understood and waited. But no, she didn't communicate with us when we were here and then attempted to make it our fault when talking about it over the phone. Very disappointed, you need to either have her go through some sort of training or move her somewhere she isn't interacting with clients. We had to go back again today, July 21, and while Audra was wonderful she shouldn't have to deal with other employees mistakes like this.

Audra and Sona are both so wonderful! They've been assisting me for years with glasses, and this year I had to have my glasses remade not once but twice. I didn't even want to go back the second time but I work all day on the computer and good glasses are critical to my job. Both of these women let me know it wasn't a problem, and my glasses ended up perfect. Good customer service is harder to find every year, but these long time employees are examples of how to do it right.

I have been coming here for 14 years. Audra and Sona are the best! They help me pick out the best frames, and they are always so nice. I have shopped around and never found prices that match Walmart. The best customer service is here, and I tell people about them all the time.

Walmart Vision Center on Justin Road is the best! Audra and her staff are friendly, professional and so very knowledgeable. I have purchased my glasses, sunglasses and readers here for years. They work with me, help me figure things out and are infinitely patient. If you are like me buying new glasses is difficult. Especially when you have a new prescription. The staff at Walmart is so kind and takes their time explaining the process. I have been so very pleased with my glasses. They are of excellent quality and the price can’t be beat. The selection is good and I always find something I like. I recommend them without reservation! Thanks so much, Walmart! I’ll be back!
