I was so confused . Needed to get a new pair of glasses and a frame. Your costumer service worker Me. Mk was so helpful. He took his time to look for a frame for me. Advise me on what type of glasses I can should order and made a fast order for me. So I can get my lenses in a few days . I am so happy my anxiety was gone and I am so satisfied. I had a very uncomfortable experience while speaking with this representative MK regarding insurance coverage for myself and my child. When I asked basic questions to better understand what was covered, his tone became noticeably aggressive and dismissive, which made the interaction stressful and unprofessional. In addition, he repeatedly tried to push extra add-ons that were not necessary for our situation, even after I clearly expressed that I was only interested in essential coverage. Instead of providing helpful guidance, it felt like he was more focused on making a sale than addressing our actual needs. Customer service should be respectful, informative, and supportive—especially when discussing something as important as insurance. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

Infact it’s so overwhelming that Mr. MK that attended to me was a professional he explained every thing I need to know before ordering. He’s really a pro in this domaine happy and grateful I met him 👍. He was patient with me as I asked all my questions.
