Had my first visit yesterday. Everyone was kind from start to finish. When I was choosing my frames and lenses, Luis, made my experience stress-free. He explained the insurance coverages, options, and the pricing. He also went the extra mile in helping me choose the color for transition lenses. I am so grateful for his help, kindness, and wonderful customer service. ❤️
We've been bringing our whole family here for over two years. They are so so kind. I cannot say enough good things about the people who work at this location. Weve tried other Walmart Visions and this one is just so great. They fix our foster childrens glasses all the time from different glasses disasters always with a smile. I appreciate that its just one less issue on our plate.
Absolutely the worst place to get glasses ordered 2 pair for my daughter for school. I got a text message saying they are ready. I come to pick them up and the horrible rude gentleman says I gotta wait a half hour before he'll get them for me. I do not recommend this vision center and will never be returning to it. They'll take your money but wont give good service!
Charity here this Walmart is the real deal, their brands are amazing and I choose Phat Farm shades that she was able to make into Prescription Glasses. Got the best price in town and I would recommend this Optical location to my family and friends.
Dr. Nguyen- optometrist outside of this optical shop is great ; Visit Dr. Nguyen but go to a different Walmart optical shop as others have mentioned!!! This optical shop is terrible! The staff is always so rude and acts like you are bothering them! They all need to get another job since they want to act so dang bothered to do THEIR JOB!! The lady with the tattooed brows seriously learn some professionalism/customer service and when your coworker (male w/ glasses) goes to ask you for help because they clearly don’t know what they’re doing, that doesn’t mean start speaking loud and obnoxiously from the back room so everyone can hear the crap your talking. You look old enough to already know that, definitely too old to still act like that!
