Walmart vision center in Grand Parkway is one of the best place for you eyewear needs. April and Diana provided me with outstanding services on my visit today. In summery, wide variety of selection for all ages, excellent prices and great customer service!!
Convenient location BUT...arrived for an eye exam about 40 minutes before lunch break, with NO ONE in waiting area or being serviced. The lady asked about an appointment, no...as walk-ins welcome. She spent SO much time clacking keyboard to say we're about to take lunch and there are no available slots (most of the clacking was to return to screen where she had a chat on the screen). If you've ever had an eye exam, you know it doesn't take long. Disappointing. Will take money/business elsewhere.
