Walmart Vision Center

Noris at the Vision Center was absolutely amazing! She provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. I came in with an issue with my glasses, and she fixed them quickly and efficiently without any hassle. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. It's not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond for customers, but Noris definitely does. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my entire experience a great one. I got a new pair of glasses here about 2 months ago and they keep slipping off my face. So, I brought them in today for an adjustment. There was only 1 woman working the front area and there was no other customers. She was so kind and helpful. Very sweet person. And she fixed my slipping issues lol. All around my day was a bit brighter after encountering this woman and I was in a better mood. Thank you!
