I just wanna give a shout out to the Richfield optical service all the doctors the helpers everybody here is fabulous. They treat you kindly and they give you very good service so if you’re in this Richfield area, you should come here to get your glasses. They’re the best.
I had been treated for an injury to my left eye which was healing, but the scar tissue was blocking my sight in that eye. I had gone back for treatment when I realized I was hardly able to see out of that eye. I reported the original doctor the loss of sight and there had been little concern. A d I left that office knowing I wanted second opinion. Some weeks later I went into walmart s eye clinic and met dr. Berger. HE was concerned about the condition of my eye and immediately found a referral to a dr. Wilkerson in Lehi who was a specialist who could do surgery to remove the scar tissue that blocked my vision . I was appreciative of dr. Berger s caring about my problem and his concern that it had not been taken seriously. He is truly a humanitarian and knows his field. But the most impressive thing was his seeing a senior citizen as valuable and worthy of his best attention. If I have a major complaint about the medical profession in general it is their faceless attention to the senior. Thank you dr. Berger. I am in like with you. Lynn childers glenwood.

Such an awesome experience! Dallas got me an appointment within a day! Had a wonderful experience with the eye doctor and Steve seriously made my day! He was so helpful and explained in detail what my prescription is and what I would be getting with my glasses, including cost! They are incredibly friendly. Overall the best experience I’ve had at any vision center! Definitely recommend!
They were fantastic! Got my eye exam and ordered glasses on may 19, and got my glasses over a week earlier than expected! Very kind and professional, they’ll laugh with you.
