The Walmart vision center manager was incredibly patient and helpful while assisting us with getting stellest glasses. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other places we checked. We really appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend them!

Jana rocks! Went above and beyond to help me get my prescription from my doc, and was great company while we waited for the fax :) Left me with some great tips for ordering in the future! Will be buying from here again!
Stopped in because I lost my nose piece and we are traveling through. Super nice, replaced both sides for no charge In a few minutes and I was back on the road! Thank you so much!
Dr Johnson is awesome. I’d follow him if he were ever to leave his Walmart location.
The current manager is absolutely fantastic, as is the young lady that helped me the first night I came in to get my new lenses and frames. Unfortunately the 1 action of 1 employee brought a 5 star review down to 1. I just spent $700 on brand new frames and brand new lenses. The current manager informed me that should I need any adjustment at all, to simply come back and they will adjust them for me. I only needed the frames adjusted maybe 1 mm on the right. I was absolutely shocked when the older lady who I asked for help in this matter ask ed me for my $360 glasses, and just bent them. No tools, no machine, no gloves even to keep her prints of of the lens. Just bent them. I had to walk away to keep from screaming. I'll come back when the manager is here. But as it stands, they cannot ever have my buisness again. Don't damage and disrespect your customers expensive goods.
