Not a fan! NO STARS!!!!!! After Dr Harlin left this place, it has sucked big time! Not impressed with the new optometrists at ALL! Very rude they make you feel stupid and that you don’t know what’s going on with your own eyes! Hate this place never coming back!!

I had some lenses made at this optical. Kewal, the Vision Center Manager gave me excellent advise about which kind to get. I’ve had to go back a couple of times to adjust the frames so they would fit properly. He has offered excellent customer service every time.

The staff was super kind and friendly, but the doctor messed with my prescription making it 2 times weaker then I needed. He also spent an hour talking to me about how glasses only makes it worse and I should try contacts or eye drops. He also told me I will get Stretch marks in my eyes if I don't take Preventive measures. Which included said eyedrops that freeze your eyes. Again super friendly just misinformed.

I had a great visit today. I liked how friendly and informative the doctor was. Nimra took pictures of my eyes, helped me pick out glasses and took really good care of me. I loved how attentive everyone in the office was. Thank you for a great experience getting my first pair of glasses!!

Do not go here for toddler glasses! I called ahead and he said they did carry flexible bendy toddler glasses like my child’s optometrist recommended. Got there, they have no flexible frame toddler glasses, he says “OPTOMETRISTS DON’T KNOW ABOUT GLASSES, that’s what we do, and I know these type of (regular frame) glasses are what she needs.” High pressure sales, even when I showed him how they were sliding down her nose almost as instantly he was still pushing the sale. Very high pressure sales. Would not recommend. He was nice to my kids so I l’ll give him 2 stars instead of 1.
