I had my eyes examined by a local optometrist in Richlands who recommended new glasses. I purchased the glasses from his office, and when they came in, they were handed to me without any adjustments whatsoever by the "optician" working there. The glasses were torture, and left angry red welts over and behind my ears. After several unsuccessful trips to get them adjusted, I gave up and took them to the Walmart Vision Center in Claypool Hill, VA. The optician, Chris, took great pains to adjust the glasses at no charge, even though he did not sell them, and not only do they feel much better, but I can see better now, too.

Staff was really wonderful and very helpful. It was a wonderful experience and environment. They also had good prices on their eye exam and glasses.

Very professional and very knowledgeable and they had bent over backwards for us to get our glasses

Trash service, I walked in and she made sure to turn her back to me to pretend that she didn’t see me. And once she realized I wasn’t leaving, she said anything you try on just set them down so I can clean them and walked away
