Wow. I just want to share my experience with Walmart vision in Madison heights I’m actually in tears because of the way I was treated and embarrassed. I had gone in a few weeks ago and asked to get a new pair of glasses under my old prescription to find out it had expired just a couple of weeks prior. I don’t have vision insurance and atm can’t really afford an eye doc visit out of pocket so i went back today to see of they could give me a printout of the old prescription (it being part of my medical record I didn’t think it would be a problem). The lady there told me “you’ll have to call your doctors office but they’re gonna say no”…. She said this rudely. I wasn’t rude to her at any point. Okay. I jokingly said that I won’t be happy if they say no (cause again… it’s part of my medical record is it not??) and she kicked me out of the store calling me a five year old child. I was not rude once. I was even laughing a little bit when I said I wouldn’t be happy and all she could do was yell at me and say “bye”. I am not someone who usually complains but like I said. I was embarrassed to the point I’m sitting in my car crying over it. I will be speaking to her manager when he gets in Monday. I don’t usually do this either but frankly I don’t think anyone has any right to speak to another human the way she did.
