Walmart Vision Center serves patients in Port Angeles and the surrounding part of Washington from its office at 3411 E Kolonels Way. Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. Listed services include glasses & frames, contact lenses, contact lens fitting and sports & safety eyewear. Insurance accepted includes Davis Vision, Superior Vision, Spectera and Humana (10 plans in total). Care is provided by Margot Williams, OD. Dr Copeland is a wonderful asset and he even printed me a laminated vision card. Dr Copeland And Ashley were Very Helpful, My Favorite location to get my eyes examined and very helpful with getting my glasses selected and ensuring the process was smooth
Huge thanks to Elli and Ashley! I will start with Elli, with whom I have been in contact a few times about how what vision services are available in this area and how they work with my and my husbands insurance, which is different. Elli went out of her way to make some calls for additional info then emailed to me a provider sheet with notes on it! Then today she spent quite a bit of time helping me to understand the materials used by Walmart Vision so that I could compare with other vendors in making the decision for my husbands lenses as he has a difficult prescription. The time, care patience and knowledge she displayed was better than any I have received from anyone in the industry. She is truly a gem who epitomizes the definition of Customer Service and who will go far in any endeavor she chooses. Then there is Ashley, who stayed late to work up a quote for me when I stopped in last minute at closing time. I have been in her position before, off work and trying to get out the door when a customer came in unexpectedly. She was gracious and accommodating, even though she didn't have to be! She is truly dedicated to providing the best Customer Service possible. And to those who would think that because it is Walmart the levels of service would be more basic, think again! Either one of these ladies can hold their own against any others in the industry. PA Walmart Vision Center Rocks!

When I lost my contact lens on my road trip, Walmart vision stepped up and got me replacement immediately!!! I appreciate everyone and Walmart saved the day
