I cannot express how amazing Sofia and her team—especially Brittany—are at this location. The level of personalized service rivals the experience you’d expect at a Louis Vuitton or Prada boutique. I couldn’t be happier with the lenses they put into my existing frames. Then, to top it all off, I received a follow-up call the very next day just to make sure everything was going well. Exceptional customer service is becoming rare these days, but this team absolutely sets the standard. Sofia, Brittany, and the entire staff deserve a pay raise. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!

My experience with this Vision Center was excellent because of the wonderful service and expertise from Sophia. She helped me to find a stylish pair of glasses that match my face perfectly, and the prescription and measurements are all done correctly. Sophia was really helpful to me and I was just curious and looking for non prescriptive blue light lenses. And she went above and beyond to explain me the different metrics to look for while figuring out whether they fit me or not. And she also helped me pick out the right frames and gave really nice tips on how to figure all these things out. Overall, it was seamless

I called Walmart vision center, and the young lady Brittany answered the phone. She was pleasant, and very considerate to my needs. I told her I would be there in 20 minutes. When I arrived, I met Sophia, who told me Brittany was at lunch, so Sophia took the time to get to know me and my reason for coming here. Then Brittany returned, and she helped me with ordering the glasses. But the most important part was, they kept the order within my budget and exceeded my expectations of what I wanted. Thank you Brittany and Sophia for caring and your time!
