I really liked this place. I had to go for an eye exam and for a pair of glasses. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Lots of jokes, compliments, and everything was explained clearly and concisely. I'm looking forward to going back and picking up my glasses. Shannon was the lady who helped me pick out frames. She was so kind and sweet. It felt more like going shopping with a friend than sitting in a vision center. The prices weren't too bad either. Honestly, I'd recommend their services and will be returning when needed happily. Thank you very much!

What an amazing experience. I had Shannon assisting me with glasses and sunglasses and she was so helpful,knowledgeable and friendly. She got me my first pair of prescription sunglasses and I could not believe the price. I got two pairs of glasses for the price I use to pay for one. Thank you Shannon for making this experience so special.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! So much attitude coming from these ladies they radiate hate! Never going there again with how I was treated. They have no help at all. I have been going to them for YEARS and it stops this year due to their unprofessionalism I hope they get replaced with people soon who respect customers and is there with the utmost care at least SOME care. Their glasses do not accommodate EVERYONE so if you are on a budget do not go here. Shanon did nothing but a dirty smirk and compared me to other customers. How awful this place was. NEVER AGAIN.

I recently broke my frames and was stressed about getting a new pair quickly. While I was out I decided to stop by and inquire prices. Mie was so quick to resolve my problem! She found frames that my lenses fit into. Popped em in and cleaned them. Only $7!! I will be returning with my new prescription for new frames and lenses. Super helpful, clean, fast, easy and excellent customer service from all the ladies at this vision center!

My contacts got shipped to an old address. I called the vision center and a lady named Shannon answered the phone. She tried several ways to find my account and did. She helped me update my address and phone number. And was able to track down the package and was also able to send them to my current address. Thank you Shannon 😊
