The Wal Mart vision center has been like good friends since I moved to Rome over 3 years ago. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful with my eye care needs. Minh has become a friend and I enjoy speaking with him most every time I go in the store. They do it as well as it can be done.

They were super helpful and patient while I was picking out frames. The prices are great and the prescription is true to what was prescribed, unlike 2 other opticians I've bought glasses from in the past.
Went in to get new glasses and Janie helped me pick out a pair that fit my face. She made sure to give her honest opinion and also make sure I looked good with them too. Janie also helped make sure I went with the right lenses best suited for me. I appreciate the excellent customer service she provided.
The staff at the West Rome Walmart Vision Center are absolutely the best! They are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They have been well trained and know what they are doing. They are always willing to help in picking out glasses, making adjustments, doing repairs or making recommendations to meet my needs. I encourage anyone looking for a place to purchase glasses or contacts to go see the staff there.
Don't trust Shawn with cellular sales. He sold me a phone and a contract I didn't ask for on November 1st, and told me that if I paid it off during a 10-day grace period after Black Friday that I could own the phone and have it unlocked. After numerous calls with AT&t, I found out that I must have the phone for 60 days in order for the phone to be unlocked. If this was told to me when I made my purchase, I wouldn't have made my purchase and I wouldn't have a second phone bill that I'm still paying today. People will tell you ANYTHING to get a sale and he is no different.
