Tried to hustle me, and spend over $400 for 1 pair of glasses, got mad when I wanted to get the price much much lower. Than demanded payment upfront for a product that wasn't created, or ready. Never had this at any other eye doctor I've been to. I'd suggest avoiding this place.

Walmart Vision Center has been amazing. Aby and Sadiq were very polite and understanding of our needs. Thanks so much for excellent customer service.
I went to vision center to repair my son's glasses and the person who has helped me Mr. Kazim. I found tgat the glasses were not repairable. He explained me about it and even replaced it with a new frame for free(under warranty). It was fast and smooth. Great customer service. Keep it up guys👍
The actual eye dr is not good at all. At the end of the eye exam he said, that’s the best I can do. Seriously? I got the glasses and I couldn’t see out of the one lense at all. One of the tech adjusted them and I came back 2 days later. Great guy, which I could remember his name. But I can’t see any better with my new glasses than I was seeing with my old glasses. The cashier that checked me out, wow rude slow could care less. I’ve run into Kasim 2 or 3 times and he is so efficient and friendly. He’s always here alone and running in circles. I couldn’t imagine his greatness if he wasn’t pulled in different directions. This guys a keeper. The wait time is terrible here. I used to go to a Walmart out further in Naperville but I wanted to try somewhere closer to home. Next year, back to Naperville. Sitting on a chair waiting or driving to Naperville, same amount of time wasted.
I have to tell you about my experience at Walmart vision center on Bloomingdale. I purchased a pair of Oakley Currency frames. After only 4 months the frame broke in three places after dropping them on my kitchen floor. I went back to the vision center where Kazim helped me. He did not hesitate to assure me they would make the situation right. After 10 minutes he came back with my brand new frame. I have to tell you this was an awesome experience!!! If you go to Bloomingdale for glasses ask for Kazim. You will be happy you did!
