In my attempt trying to I schedule appointment, I received condescending customer service.i just called 9 AM CST 4/18/2026 and was trying to give my baseline information. Paraphrasing, I mentioned I need an eye exam and never been to your establishment. Being a first time caller to this location, I did not know protocol. The woman, monotone, asked if I would be using insurance. I said "Yes and I checked my insurance company to confirm you are in network." I tried establishing context that I did a little homework so this should go smoothly. Her response, paraphrasing and in a condescending tone was how it works is I need your insurance information. I said a rude statement back and hung up the phone. Not inviting and expected from a larger corporation.

I took one of my previous glasses in and they were able to just replace my lenses with new prescription. Chrissy was so helpful and patient. I will definitely go back there again.

Exceptional service. Denise and Heidi are the optical duo. I felt welcomed. The prices are amazing plus wonderful service. Going forward I will be coming back for my vision needs.

Chrissy very rude. Acts like you bothering her. Acts like she has no time. Will go back when someone else will wait on me. Three separate x she treated me like garbage. She needs to learn manners. She needs to learn how to treat human beings. Or basically retire if she doesn't like her job. Rude isn't even the word for her.
