"I had an amazing experience at the Walmart Vision Center. The manager, Karesa, and Brittany the optician were both extremely helpful, professional, and patient with me throughout the entire process. They took their time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Their kindness and excellent customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend this location!"
Typically I have no major complaints about the Walmart vision center in Hammond. Most of the staff is very kind, informative, and attentive. However, I went in today to order contacts and the employee helping me, Myra, was on a personal phone call throughout our entire transaction. She would go from talking to her friend (or boyfriend, not sure which) to asking me questions in a bit of an aggressive tone. I would absolutely recommend this vision center on most days, but maybe ask for someone other than Myra!
This is an awesome eye care facility. The staff is always so friendly and egar to help. Dr. Siverd is awesome and Thorough. Erika is always pleasant and I am confident that when I'm in her care. It will be well handled. First time working with Shelley, but she made sure I choose the correct product.
Ms. Ericka at the Hammond store was wonderful! We were immediately helped and she took her time and made my son feel comfortable. Thank you for wonderful customer service!
Miss Brittney was super helpful getting my daughter’s eye glasses fixed. Very friendly staff and eager to help. We will definitely be coming back :)
