The service here was amazing. I love spending time with Amy. She was able to get me two pairs of glasses and I’m so thrilled about my new Meta frames. Jamie Lee was very funny.
Jamielee is so energetic, kind and knowledgeable. Her customer service was amazing. She worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with my glasses and was able to see perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Jamie Lee always does a great job preparing my new prescription. She does free adjustments when I need them. She even shaved my lenses so I could access the progressive edge more easily for reading. She did s as n amazing job.
The service today was exceptional! Having a specific and problematic issue with my frames, the ladies working today jumped on the issue and fixed me up. They were kind, sympathetic, and so helpful. I’m grateful.
