Came by to get my glasses adjusted and the woman with the fake lashes told me I need to come back tomorrow because she was helping someone with a purchase. Pretty unprofessional and not considering if other people's time. I bought my glasses in Texas at a Walmart vision and it is day and night.

I went in for a regular eye exam. I was told they have to dialate my eye. They didn't ask for consent and told me it is mandated by the eye doctor. I get my eyes comprehensive checked up by SC's best eye doctor for last 15 years, every year. This is not good because this is liability for anyone whose eyes are dilated without consent. I wouldn't go back here.

I truly value and appreciate Dr. Seibert and her entire team at the Vision Center’s optometric office. They provided exceptional service, keeping me informed and involved throughout the entire visit. An added bonus was how smoothly and efficiently the appointment moved. I’m already looking forward to next year’s visit!

Ashton was great! She was very knowledgeable, polite and took time with me to make sure I understood all my options and helped me get the best deal possible! I just can't say enough good things about this young lady! Thank you, Ashton!
