Walmart Vision Center

I have been a customer at your location many times and have always appreciated the service I’ve received in the past. However, during my most recent visit I experienced a less than pleasant interaction with one of your associates in training. I had come in seeking assistance with a specific issue regarding my glasses, but rather than being helped, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. The associates assisting me were dismissive and demonstrated little to no customer service skills. This was disappointing, especially given the positive experiences I have had previously.

Super service! It was my first time getting glasses so I had no idea what to expect. Whitney walked me through the process, answered all my questions, helped me to understand what needed to be done. Really happy with the service she provided!

Dr. Paul Jubb seems like he really enjoys the work he does, he is funny, and very knowledgeable. He really listened when I explained my concerns about contacts and had practical strategies and advice. All the staff were exceptionally hospitable and thorough. thank you all so much!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Swanson is very knowledgeable efficient and super nice!

Whitney Shockley went above and beyond what was required of her. She is one of the main reasons I would go back to this Vision Center. Her courtesy and dedication makes the visit a pleasure. Everyone there was nice but she went beyond.
