Walmart Vision Center

I had a very frustrating experience at this optical office. I had an appointment scheduled and still ended up waiting for an entire hour. After all that time, they finally told me they could not pull my insurance information, which makes absolutely no sense. I had already provided my insurance information over the phone several days before the appointment. On the day of the visit, I also brought my insurance card and even provided my Social Security number to help them locate the information. Despite all of that, they still said they couldn’t verify my insurance. It feels like my time was completely wasted. If there was an issue with the insurance, this should have been resolved before the appointment, especially since they had all the information in advance. Waiting an hour just to be told they couldn’t process something that should have been handled ahead of time is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this office unless you have plenty of time to waste.

I absolutely love the entire staff at Ft. Payne Walmart Vision Center. I have gone to several local eye doctors and for several years I did not even go at all because I didnt feel comfortable. The entire staff at Ft.Payne goes above and beyond to help search for the perfect pair of glasses and/or contacts. They also explained the pricing and any discounts. Dr. Reesman puts you at ease and is so easy to talk to. Christine, Alexis, and Bobby were all extremely helpful on my recent visit and of course Beth is the friendliest person ever! I will continue to use Ft. Payne Vision Center and recommend it to everyone.

Dr. Reesman and the front of house employees were all a pleasure! I don't want to list their names for privacy reasons but they were all extremely helpful to me. My appointment was easy and everything was explained to me in detail. I left satisfied with my experience.

Love Dr. Reeseman!! She’s the best!! I’ve been seeing her for years and now my kids see her! Most of the staff are very friendly with the exception of 1 or 2 ! Overall a good place to go for your vision needs.

I went to this place for the first time today. I had been going to Chattanooga and decided to try somewhere local. The doctor did an excellent job and I think she got my prescription more accurate than anyone has before. The other workers were also helpful and friendly.
