I went for an eye exam 2 years ago. Now I need new glasses. I went and picked out my frames. But they called me today and said my insurance was no good. Same insurance nothing different . Someone put my information in the computer wrong, and the girl on the phone tried to act like it was my fault, and was very rude. I told her that my insurance hasn't changed in over 2 years. And she told me I was rude for their mistake. She needs to be trained properly to serve the public. You never tell customers that they are wrong or rude. That's how you lose business, just as they lost mine...

Dr. Newman is fantastic, thorough and caring. She’s fast but takes the time to make sure my contact lenses are perfect and that I am comfortable. I live almost an hour away from Boaz but Dr. Newman and staff are worth the drive. I love them and I won’t use anyone else. It’s always a pleasant experience. I’m in and out of my exam in usually about 20 minutes. I highly recommend.

When you pay a astronomical amount for glasses that are supposed to be in on Thursday and you hear nothing so you call on Friday and are told to call back on Saturday because they are not in so you call on Saturday and are told to call back Monday because they are not in so you do and are told they are on back order. Listen.... if my daughter were not struggling with school work I wouldn’t be so disappointed.
