Have gone here a couple times, haven’t had major issues, not exactly my favorite but they do the job. They don’t do well with kiddos, just not a great experience with any of mine there. Made an appointment last week and found out a week later (yes they have all my info) that they don’t take my insurance anymore. Just went with another eye doc just north of here that will take me TODAY. So glad I found someone else that has better scheduling, nicer staff and the ability to see me far quicker than 2 weeks.

If there was any way I could give zero stars, I would. Should have read the other online reviews before I made the mistake of trying to get glasses at this Walmart. Asked several times for the thinnest possible material, since I have a very strong prescription. I also knew that they would be much higher in cost than a standard pair of glasses. Clerk screwed up and did not get me the lenses that I asked for. When I got there to pick them up, they were obviously wrong so I refused them. Clerks were rude and argumentative. Said I could only get a refund from the manager, and of course he wasn't there. They asked for $200 more, before they would attempt to do anything to fix it. I don't know of any opticians around here that screw up and tell you they need more money to fix their errors. One of the clerks even called me and tried to tell me what I had said in conversation, obviously to cya. This has been a horrible experience. I will never, ever recommend anyone to use Walmart for vision care. They are untrained and don't know the meaning of the word "customer service". I will be returning to a real optician that knows how to run their business.
These people claimed to get my 5 year old son a pair of glasses with accurate prescription. My mom calls to sort this out since I work full time, they tell her that the left lense has no prescription when it obviously does. Also when I went with my son to get his eyes evaluated the new girl working did not fit the measurement tool correctly on my son's face and didn't realize she was doing it wrong. I would have said something but it's not my job, it's not my career. We get the glasses and they look like they stuck two $1.00 magnifying glass into the frames and they hurt my son's eyes/he cannot see out of them. Walmart refuses to give me a refund. I hope everyone sees this and thinks twice about going to this awful excuse for an optometrist office.
Been seeing the same doctor here for years. The gals are patient while try on many pairs of glasses!
